Apocalypse 2010

I fell asleep on the sofa last night and woke up to the 5 o'clock news. I seriously thought that the world was about to end. Reporters nervously talking about how there is not enough salt. It will cost one million dollars an inch and the state will go bankrupt. Schools are closed. Businesses are closed. Parents are freaking out because they don't know what to do with their children since schools are closed. Supermarkets are packed with people stocking up with food. Power outages! Mass transit delays!

ITS JUST SNOW PEOPLE!

We live in the North East right...we have snow every year! Why is there more coverage on a snow storm in NYC then there has been on the two wars we are involved in right now. Is it necessary to have 20 reporters out in every borough interviewing people on why they would go to work today? or if they found the platforms slippery?"

All i know is I have big box of Captain Crunch, 2 bottles of Pinot Grigio and Netflix to get me through whatever it is that's going to happen.
