Weekend Theme Song

So I decided at the beginning of each weekend of the year I am going to pick a theme song to set the tone of the upcoming weekend festivities. The theme song for this week is going to be the theme from "Maude." Theres no rhyme nor reason behind this choice. I guess somewhere deep down I wish I was a strong, deep voiced, woman like Maude, instead of a petite, deep throating, boy like I am. So Bea this weekend is dedicated to you!

I want it daddy and I want it now!

Okay so I know I am probably an Apple addict. I have an iPod, an iPhone, a Mac Book Pro, and a Mac Desktop. Not to mention Im on my third iPhone and my third iPod. Everything they come up with is so ... neat. I don't see why I would necessarily need an iPad but how untrendy would I be just sitting pretentiously in Starbucks typing away on my "novel" a.k.a. Facebook while everyone is holding their tablet tapping/swishing/flicking at their screens while I'm just typing away on ... a keyboard... yuck, gross, disgusting. I might as well just own a typewriter.
Im slightly disappointed that Apple didn't introduce a new version of the iPhone. It definitely needs a new sleeker, chicer design to compete with the new iPods coming out along with phones coming out from competing brands.
I'm anxiously waiting to actually get my hands on an iPad whether or not I end up getting it or not. I want to see what Apple has in store for this great new advancement in technology. I'm sure it will only get better with time. And I'm sure I will end up owning three or four different versions of it the same as with my iPods and iPhones.

Finished Reading . . .

Just finished reading "The Truth About Psychics" by Silvia Browne. Im a huge Browne fan and this book details the different societies throughout the history of the planet and their beliefs about life and death. The book also explains how different techniques are used by varies psychics to assist themselves during readings: tarot cards, crystal balls, astrology, etc. The last chapters of the book talk about the different "tricks" fake psychics use to prey on the helpless, hopeless people looking for answers to ease the pain of a lost loved one or someone who is going through a difficult time in their lives. Whether or not you are a believer or a skeptic, I recommend this book to gain more knowledge on the subjects of psychics.

Other Browne books I recommend:
- "Life On The Other Side"
- "Lessons for Life"
- "The Other Side And Back"
- "Adventures of a Psychic"
